Peshawar, Time bomb has exploded in front of District coordination officer Peshawar early morning, which damage the wall of the office. According to Faqir Abad Police unknown terrorist fix a explosive device near DCO Peshawar office, that explode early morning at 5.45 am. Result the building has damage but no casualty reported.

After the blast police cordon off the area and bomb disposal unit has start investigation, according to BDU, it was local made Explosive device and 5oo gram used explosive in bomb. That damages the wall and room of DCO office Peshawar.

During investigation the police block the Charsadda road and Dalazak road, after the clearance the open the road for traffic. Police start investigation from the watchman and other people about incident.

Security Clearance from Bajur Agency, 269 IDPS return from Jalozai.

Jalozai, Effected people of army operation have started return to their homes from Jalozai camp from today. More then 269 families have registered their name to return their home with Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), whose provide them vehicle.

These effected people lived here since 2008 in camps. According to the PDMA official the people of Tehsil Mamond and Tehsil Nawagai, has cleared by security forces and now these effected people return to their homes.

According to Returnees they lived more then three year here at Jalozai, we displaced because of security operation. The management provides us food, tents and other things. But since January 2011 the Camp Management stop the Food items on effected people, because they want that we leave the camps and return to home, so now we were leaving the camp.

According to Effected Khan Gul who’s the resident of Mamond area blamed that his brother family living with him in tent at Jalozai, but my brother work in Karachi and he not present yet at Jalozai and management didn’t give me NFI and other things for his family.

One Returnees Hashim Khan, who’s also student talk with the media and said that government rebuild the school and college in Bajur Agency. He further said that “we don’t want to waste more our time “.

More then 5300 families living now in Jalozai Camp, according to Camp In charge Noor Akber Khan from PDMA that UNHCR provide the NFI items to returnees, also PDMA provide the transport and three month food package to IDPS of the Bajur Agency. He denied the blame of effected people and said that we give food to these people.

Khyber agency effected people protest against PDMA at Jalozai.

Jalozai, effected people of the Khyber agency have protest in Jalozai Camp on Wednesday. More then 50 elders of the Khyber agency who’s living in Camp join the protest. They take the banners, in which they demand from the government that they give the IDPS status to Khyber agency Effected people.

US government gives 1 million dollars compensation to each deceased family of Mohmanad Agency Air Strike, Sikandar Aziz

Peshawar , Former Adviser to Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on political affairs, Sikandar Aziz Khan has termed that the granting of Most Favored Nation (MNF) status to arch rival India, would further jeopardize in the current industrial growth in the country.

Speaking at a news conference here on Tuesday at Peshawar Press Club (PPC), he said that the market access to India manufacturing products to Pakistan was tantamount to detrimental indigenous economy and undermining the core issue of Kashmir.

He went on say that the businessmen, industrialists and financial institutions, were expressing concern about the MFN due to solid implications based on facts. He referred that the Pakistan film industry had downgraded by allowing screening of India films in the country.

Similarly, he said that the hardly recovering terrorism affected economy would be treated with same pattern to bring adverse impact of trade and business activities, especially stagnant industrial growth.

Mr. Aziz indicated that the GATT agreement between Pakistan and India signed pre-partition time, should be made public and the original copies were provided to parliamentarians to thoroughly review entire its contents, he demanded.

After granting the MFN status, he demanded the India should also follow the suit while keeping in view of the Pakistan move toward them.

Condemning the Nato air strikes on Pakistan Military check posts in Mohmand Agency; he said that the act was against the sovereignty and integrity of the country. He demanded of the US government to extend US 1 million compensation to each deceased family.

Peshawar, Teacher of government high school civil quarter Peshawar cantt has physically tortured the student, who’s already the patient and take surgery. Physically torture sent them again the student at bed. The doctors said that may be again take surgery the student.

According to Haris Khan who’s the Resident of Lala Zar Colony and student of 9 class of Civil Quarter High School Peshawar has take leave for surgery, after the operation Haris start going to school.

The physics teacher Bakhtayar khan called him in class and asked about home work, but because of his leave the Haris Khan didn’t done the home work. That make teacher angry and he physically torture the Haris Khan.

According to Haris khan I informed my teacher, but he didn’t hear and physically tortured me. The teacher thrown me, that make again injured. He further said that I feel pain in my stomach, when my condition get worse in class then school management sent me back to my home.

The brother of Haris Khan Touseef Khan said that we operate the surgery for our brother in very bad condition, because we don’t have much sources of income, but now the teacher physically torture my brother and now he is on bed. He further said that Doctor said that may be they again take another surgery of Haris Khan.

Asking about the physically tortured the teacher of High School Bakhtayar khan said that the parents didn’t help the teacher. He admits that he pressurized the student.

The principal of the schools Fazal Rabi Said that Education department has ban the physically torture on students and Informed the school teachers.

Little girls want justice in blind Pakistani society

Peshawar , Five years old Basreen, whose stand in the front of Peshawar press club today even don’t know the meaning of Justice, which she display in banners , but she believe that may be her father return to home. Basreen come with her younger sister 4 year Rodena, along with Uncle Stana Gul, Whose is also cops of Para Military force (Zob Malisia in Quetta)

The main purpose of the their protest against security forces, whose killed her father Ismail Khan with out any reason in Harmato area of Khyber agency ( tribal area ) The young girls and her uncle thought that may be their protest open the eyes of the blind society of Pakistan and they get justice.

The father of these little girls, Islamil Khan killed by security force in Khyber agency on 16 November 2011, he was carried his family in Datsun Vehicle No 677 in Harmato area. His driver Momin Khan Drive the vehicle.
When their vehicle comes at road, security forces start firing on vehicle from mountain. That hit the Ismail Khan and he killed on spot. After the incident the security forces came on spot and they admit that they start firing mistakenly, they also bring the dead body of Ismail Khan to his home.

According to Stana Gula the younger brother of Ismail khan, that security forces came to Harmato area for operation but they didn’t impose the curfew and with out reason they killed my brother. He said that unit which comes from Kohat area for operation had brought the dead body of my brother to our home and they admit that security force mistakenly killed your brother.

Stana Gul further said that security forces detain the driver Momin Khan with out any reason also they bring the vehicle with himself and till now they didn’t return the vehicle , or leave the driver also didn’t give any compensation of the incident.

Inflation makes worst situation of the daily wage labor in Peshawar.

Peshawar, Due to inflation on daily basis, million of people were compelled to eat one time in 24 hours as their daily earnings are insufficient to feed their children. 58 year old Itbar Gul is one of them, who never bought vegetable for his family despite working in a market because of his low income.

Itbar Gul sells vegetables of others but he himself can’t afford to buy for his children inspite taking 300 rupees per day from different merchants by selling their vegetables in the market.

Different merchant give him free vegetable because they know Itbar Gul can not afford to buy the vegetable. Itbar Gul work as daily wage labor in Shahi Bagh vegetable market Peshawar. Daily he sells vegetable to people for vegetable merchant. The merchant give him daily 300 rupees (4 dollar), which is only source of income of the Itbar Gul.

Itbar Gul is the resident of Pajjagi road Peshawar has ten children, who comes daily early in the morning at 5.am from his home to vegetable market and he works till 7pm. The merchants give him vegetable to Itbar Gul for selling the vegetable at roads at Vegetable market.

But now a day the employees of town committee didn’t permit the Itbar Gul and other to sell the vegetable at roads, which put Itbar Gul and other daily wagers in troubles because all are hand to mouth, “These people don’t know our problems if we work and earn something then our routine continue, otherwise our children face starvation,” he lamented.

Itbar Gul further said that because of ban of selling vegetable on road, its second day I didn’t earn any thing. Daily I come to vegetable market for work, but town official didn’t permit us for work, so merchant didn’t give us vegetable. It’s my second day I return home with out earn something for my children and family.

He said I don’t know what will happen today, because last two day neighbors sent something for my children, but its third day I am still waiting for work.

Asking about his life the Itbar Gul Said 30 year years back I have 2 shops near Jinnah Park Peshawar, which demolish by Town Committee on the name of encroachment , at that time they said they will allot me shop near Shahi Bagh. But 30 years goes they didn’t give me compensation or shop. My struggle still continues. He further said that Pakistani society is blind society, everyone get benefit because of political affiliation.

Itbar Gul said a beautiful word during interviews “KUCH RUBNAY MARA AUR KUCH ABDURAB NAY “(some problem given by God and some by his creation).

Itbar Gul Further said. Last year the flood affects my home and now I am living in rent home. Every one get benefit from government, but I am not affiliated with any political party, so they ignore.

Itbar Gul said that daily two employees of Town Committee visit the Shahi Bagh Vegetable market and they take money from the Merchants. More then 100 labors work here at vegetable market, but they not permitted to sell the vegetable on roads.

The president of the Shahi Bagh vegetable merchant market Farman Khan talk about the behavior of the Town Committee official, that they make more then 100 people jobless. He blamed also the traffic police that they get free vegetable from merchant.

There are thousands of such families who are compelled to eat on time lunch or dinner because of their poverty and the sky rocketing price hike in the ruling of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), which could increase.

Reporting of Bara Operation, Political Administration warned the journalist

Peshawar , Assistant political agent Khyber agency has warned the tribal journalist , that they try to make positive reporting of the operation , which now start in Khyber agency. Sexually Harassment, Innocents Killing, 12 Police officer suspended

Peshawar, Provincial government suspended 12 police officer of Hazara Division, also inquiry started against these police officers. I.G. Police Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa has issued letter of suspension of these police officer.

According to issued letter eight police suspended, because local community blamed these police officer that they killed innocent people and showed them as smuggler. All police appointed at Police station of Pulhra area
Local community blamed that they killed 4 persons of the area, whose were relative and the police killed them.

These Police officers showed him as encounter and said that all are timber smuggler and they attacked on police but it’s not true. The killed persons Nawab khan, Khoshal, Fazal Rehman and Hadez are local and police killed them with out any reason.

Four other suspended police officers of Abbot Abad police for inquiry, blaming on these four police, are black mailing the boys and girls, sexually harassment and making videos of these students. I.G.P Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa also called to DIG Hazara for Inquiry.

Federal Government excused giving fund to KP Province.

Peshawar, Federal Government has excused to KP government to provide funds for NIP Program, the program which is specially designed for Master Students to experience in different departments. During the Program Master level students work as intern in different government departments and they get monthly salary also.

Provincial Government has decided in 58 cabinet meeting that after the 18 Amendment of constitution, provincial government will contact federal government for funding of NIP program.

Chief Secretary KP contacts to Treasury department for Funds to continue NIP program, but they excused to provide funds and said that KP government generate money for the said program.

After the excused of federal government KP government show excused to continue the NIP program, after the decision they also stopped the Program in KP and Malakand Divisions.

KP government permitted to used army to tackle the security of prisons

Peshawar, Federal government permitted to Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa government that they used security force to tackle law & order situation in Prisons. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa government had decided that two prisons of the province will only used for the terrorist, whose detain by security forces in different operation. 250 hidden close circuit cameras used to check the security situation during Moharram Ul Haram

Peshawar, Provincial government has decided to use Hidden cameras for security reason during Moharram Ul Haram. Home department issued ordered to DCOs of nine districts for installing Hidden Cameras, which will connect to control rooms to check the law & orders situation.

According to sources hidden cameras will install on Imam Barga and roads, where the procession of Shia Community will out. More then 250 close circuit cameras used for the security checking in nine districts.
Peshawar, Nowshera, Kohat, Dera Ismail khan, Bannu, Hangu has declared sensitive districts during Moharram Ul Haram .in these cities hidden cameras will be used for check the security situation.

Home Department also order to local management, that they arrange meeting of the Shia and Sunni Community elders before the Moharram Ul Haram to secure the Law & order situation. Also ban seeing the Procession of the Shia Community for other people , and no one allowed to see the procession from building or though windows.

During Moharram Ul Haram no foreigners allow in these sensitive district even afghan Refugees has permitted to enter in the city during procession.

Ideal family of blind sibling living at Peshawar in bad condition

Peshawar, Pakistani society where every one has tries to get benefit, especially those who are disabling because of any physical fault. There is family of blind people living in Peshawar and they didn’t get any benefit from government side yet. These blind people are ideal for every one in Pakistan.

Qari Asad Ullah one of the Elder brother of the Blind family, whose work as Hafiz QURAN in private school of Peshawar, where he earn 2500 rupees (27 dollars) per month and later he teach QURAN to students and he get same money from the students and his family expenses are 54 dollars monthly but there financial resources are not enough.

Qari Asad one of the brave person who is blind by birth but he didn’t loose his courage, he learn QURAN in local in 5 years “Its was not easy for me as I am blind but I didn’t loose courage, God give me spirit, daily I learn in Maddrassa and later at home I exercise and through type recorder I listen the QURAN and memorize “said Qari Asad in his interviews.

Qari Asad said its not easy work as blind teacher in society, people comments on me but never have I felt sad, because I am Religious teacher and QURAN gives me calm.

He further said its not easy living one month in 54 dollars in current scenario of Pakistan, because some time Electricity bill tense me. Last month 3000 rupees bills of electricity I pay. After paying the bill I don’t have money for the treatment of my 2 year old daughter who’s that time was sick and because of treatment she goes in coma.

The Elder brother of the Blind brother and sister Qari Asad Ullah said that I have three daughters and one son , my son facing same problem of blindness and doctors said that my son who is 4 year old Hameed will b blind . I wish I have money for treatment of my 4 year old son. I didn’t see the world light, but I want that my all children enjoy the life.

The 18 year old Alamgir Younger brother Qari Asad Ullah who’s also blind always at home , has wish that they have own home.

The sister of blind brother Abida never out from her home because of blindness never he plying games with other girls. She is active in his routine work. Even she didn’t see any things but she always wash cloths of her family.

The mother of these blind children Zahida Bibi basically belong from Charsadda district , now her age is 56 years , after marrying to person belong from Peshawar , she relocate to Peshawar. Her four children died because of hunger and after the deaths of her 4 children God gives 5 children to her, but they all are blinds. She works a House Maid in different homes of people. It’s her wish that she have her own home and her blind children live together at home.

Collecting data of Afghan students has completed at KP province.

Peshawar, The registration record of afghan student’s process has completed in KP province. More then 500000 afghan students were now studying in different parts of the Province. Interior department has order to education department and DCOs to collect the data of Afghan girls and boys students who’s studying in province.

The process of collecting of afghan refuges students was start on 30 September and today its complete at one and half month.
According to sources now Pakistan government plan to make new policy for the afghan students whose registered with NADRA and have ID card , also for those who are not registered with NADRA and don’t have any card or NOC from Government of Pakistan. With out NOC afghan students will be kicking out from the schools.

According to reports 300000 afghan students including girls were studying in government schools in KP province and 200000 students were studying now in private schools.

More then 150000 afghan students studying in Capital city Peshawar in different schools, 80000 were in government schools and 70000 were in private schools only at district Peshawar. These students studying from prep to metric (secondary school certificate)

KP Government contact Corp Headquarter for Help of Army

Peshawar, Provincial government of KP Province has contact to Federal government for the help of Pakistan army units during Moharram. Pak Army will work together with Frontier Constabulary and police during the Holly Islamic Month Moharram Ul Haram.

Interior Department has send letter to Corps Head Quarter and Federal Government that they sent Army for law & order situation of the province.
Pakistan army units will be used in sensitive districts, where situation of the law and order is worst now. The Army units will be used in nine districts of the Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa Province during Moharram.

Provincial government has asked for help of Pak Army and they proposed that 12 Platoon Army gives to Province to control the Law and Order Situation. This will be on call. Source from department also confirm that provincial government also contact to Frontier Constabulary Commandant for help.

Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Protest against the Deregistration of Tribal People.

Peshawar, Pakistan Tehreek Insaf has staged a protest in front of Peshawar Press Club against the de registration of affected people of the Khyber Agency residence on Monday. The leader of Political Party Pakistan Tehreek Insaf Khyber agency Mohammad Iqbal Afridi was leading the protest. PTI arrange a camp for the effected people in front of Peshawar press club.

More then 40 residence of Khyber agency that’s become internal displace person (IDPS) because of army operation in Khyber agency, they participated in protest camp.

These people shouted against the deregistration of the affected of Khyber agency and said that more then seven thousand people of Khyber agency were affected and they were living in bad condition at Jalozai Camp Nowshera , they didn’t get any food and other things from administration.
They blamed that the PDMA (Provincial disaster Management authority) didn’t take care of the IDPS of the Khyber agency.

The PTI Khyber agency leader Mohammad Iqbal said that army operation affected thousand of people of Sipah, Shalman and other area people of the Khyber agency. He demands from the provincial Government that they start the registration Process of the IDPS of the Khyber Agency, other wise they will start hunger strike.

Justice Shah Jehan is Senior from Justice Dost Mohammad, but Judicial Commission of Pakistan proposed Justice Dost Mohammad for Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, after the decision Some lawyer of Peshawar High Court and District Bar out against the decision and said that Judicial Commission supersede Justice Shah Jehan and its not a justice that Junior Judge Came as Chief Justice, so they give application to called the General Body Meeting of the District Bar Peshawar. More then 100 lawyers sign the application to called the Bar meeting, but meeting was not called and today Pasban (local student organization) has staged a protest against Judge.

Protest against Peshawar High Court Judge in Peshawar

Peshawar, Student and lawyer have staged a protest against the Judge of Peshawar High Court in front of Peshawar Press club on Monday. More then 50 people were participated in Protest. The protest start from Session court and they came to Peshawar Press Club.
Pasban and Tehreek Huqooq Awam Forum organized the protest against Justice Dost Mohammad.

The protester called against the Justice Dost Mohammad and they said the Justice Dost Mohammad is corrupt Judge of Peshawar High Court and Judicial Commission proposes him as Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, which is wrong decision of the Judicial Commission. The chairman of Tehreek Huqooq Awam Forum Mr. Siyar Khan blamed the Justice Dost Mohammad that he is corrupt Judge of Peshawar High Court. He further said that in his case Justice Dost Mohammad taking bribe from affected person. He blamed that after taking bribe Dost Mohammad gives the Bail to accused.

He demands from the Chief justice of Pakistan that he takes notice of the corrupt Judge of Peshawar High Court and remove him from his post.

Blast occurred in Shabqadar near police check post, 1 died 1 injured.

Shabqadar, Blast has occurred near Dando Bridge Shabqadar on police check post, in the result one police head Constable Mohammad Ayaz died and another Cops Fazal Raheem Injured in blast. According to local police Dando Bridge police check post is out from Shabqadar area and on its situated way to Mohammand Agency (tribal agency.)

Blast was occurred on Saturday morning on 8.30 am when police came there for duty and blast occurred. Blast partially damaged the check post and one head constable Mohammad Ayaz who’s the resident of Takht Bhai killed and another Cops Fazal Raheem injured.

After the blast local people shifted the injured police cops to the District Head Quarter Hospital Shabqadar for medial treatment. Police also cordon off the area and start investigation and search operation in that area. Bomb Disposal Unit also visited the area and after the investigation they confirmed that it was local made Bomb and terrorist used one and half kilogram explosive. During the investigation police block the road of Mohammand Agency and traffic was totally blocked to Mohammand Agency.

D.P.O Nisar Marwat visited the blast point and they asked about the incident, they confirmed that terrorist used time bomb for blast in Dando Bridge. No one took responsibility of the blast.

Militants take Mobile from the People at Sheikhan

Sheikhan, Militants have threatened the people in Sheikhan area and snatch Mobile Phone from the Local People. Sheikhan is located in police Station BadBher.

According to local community yesterday night the Militants came to Sheikhan area and they make post on road and start checking of the people.

During checking they snatched Cell phone from different people also they threatened they people that never used mobile which have Camera. Local community said that they collect eight mobile from the people.

The Militants also ordered to the local people that they close the shops in area. After the one hour the Militants leaves the area, after that Local People inform the police about the incident.

She Male Groups divided in KP Province, KP government stop the Registration.

Peshawar, She Male of KP Province has divided and Provincial government has stopped the registration of the She Male in KP Province. Government also stopped work to gives jobs to She Male.

Presently two groups of the She Male active in KP province, the first one group leader are Farzana and another one is Neeli. That’s the top groups of She Male in KP Capital City Peshawar.

These leaders interested in president ship of the She Male Group, so fight of the president ship make clash between Neeli and Farzana group.

Neeli group consider himself the real leader of the She male and they said that Farzana is illiterate, so Farzana have no right to stand for president ship on other side the Farzana Group said that Provincial Government give him permission to Registered the She Male in KP province AND Neeli have no rights to show him self as Leader of She Male.

The clash of these Leaders divided She Male in two groups in KP province. So in current situation KP government stopped the registration of the She Male in province also they stop the process, in which She Male gives jobs in different provincial departments.

Suicide blast in Swabi, 3 killed including political leader, 6 injured

Swabi, Suicide bomber has target the ANP leader at Swabi Malik Abad, result 3 person killed in blast and 7 injured. The suicide bomber targets the vehicle of Ex Nazim Haneef Jadoon when he returns to his home after Eid Ul Azha Prayer.

According to police Haneef Jadoon was returning his PRADO vehicle to home, he has guard and 6 year old son in vehicle. When the vehicle reached to his home, a suicide bomber blows himself near his vehicle, in result

Haneef Jadoon whose Ex Nazim Tehsil and local leader of Awami National Party (Political Party) his 6 year old son Ahmed and security Guar Haneef Shah killed in suicide and 6 other were injured. After the blast local people sent the injured to Swabi and Peshawar hospital for Medical aid, Police cordon up the area and start investigation.

According to DPO Swabi Ijaz Khan Mohammand suicide bomber target the Haneef Jadoon and more then 10 kilograms explosive used in suicide blast. He said that we found the 2 Hand Grande, which unexploded and also we found some parts of the suicide bomber.

After the suicide blast Tehreek Taliban Dara Adam Khel Tariq Group took then responsibility of the suicide attack.

On Eid Ul Azha Day suicide blast on ANP leader at Swabi, Political Party announces 7 days on black day at Swabi District. The Ex Federal Minister and Leader ANP and CM KP Province Azam Hoti Also visited the suicide blast point. He condemns the suicide blast.

Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar issued written Message on Eid Ul Azha to afghan refugees.

Peshawar, The leader of Afghan Mujahadeen Group Hazab Islami Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar has issued his written message on Eid Ul Azha, in which he claimed that NATO forces run from Afghanistan.

Afghan Refugees in Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa celebrated the Eid Ul Azha today on Sunday in different parts of the province.

Most of the Afghan Refugees Celebrating Eid with Saudia and today on Sunday in different afghan camps they celebrated Eid Ul Azha and they sacrifice the cow and Buffo.

Shamshato Camp one of the Big Camp of Afghan Refugees in Peshawar District, most of the Afghan Refugees celebrated Eid there and they pray the Prayer of the Eid Ul Azha there. Most of the Afghan Refugees living there linked with Hazab Islami, Hazab Islami arranged the Eid Prayers there.

The Leader of Hazab Islami Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar issued Message on Eid Day in his written, that message distribute on Eid Day at Shamshato camp.

Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar said that Iran and Afghanistan supporting the US policies in region. He said that current afghan Government is the Puppet Government and very soon the Afghanistan will be Islamic State.
He said that the forces which enter in the name of Peace in Afghanistan, now targeting afghan people at different places. The bombing on innocent people and blasting is the work of these people, whose work as spy with NATO, But Afghan Mujahadeen will target these people.

In his written message the Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar called to different afghan groups that they unite against NATO and US forces, whose now involved looting to Afghanistan.

Women Minister buys Paranda (Dressing Jewelers) at Central Jail for Eid Ul Azha.

Peshawar, Minister social welfares & women development Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa buy Paranda (which linked to hairs) Asian women used Paranda mostly to linked hair. Minister Sitara Ayaz visited today Central Prison Peshawar. Member of Provincial Assembly Yasmeen Zia and Munawar Sultana visited also with minister of Social Welfare.

Sitara Ayaz visited the Central Prison Peshawar to check the Prisoners status, she asked the problems of the women prisoners. Sitara Ayaz distributes gifts in prisoners.

Currently 250 youngsters detain which most of Juvenile justice. 14 children detain with their mother now in Peshawar Central Prison with out any crime. These children live with their mothers, whose facing punishment in different crimes.

The Management of the Central Prison Peshawar has showed the different items to the Minister Welfare, these items made by women prisoner in central prison Peshawar. They show the Paranda to women minister. She very pleased to saw the work of prisoners’ women, minister demand of Paranda from Management.

Pakistan Government Banned the visit to FATA for foreigners

Peshawar, Federal Government has banned Foreigners for moving FATA. With out NOC no one will goes to FATA area for any purpose. Saferon Ministry has issued ordered to provincial Government. Ordered were released to Governor Secretariat, FATA secretariat and Political Agents of the different Tribal Agencies.

The action has taken because the Law & order situation of the tribal agencies. Ministry also ordered to the Departments “that if any foreigner detain in FATA area with out NOC, they take action against these foreigners “.Ministry also announced that if Any Foreigners want to visit the Tribal Agency, he must have NOC from Foreign office.

Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa government already banned the Foreigners to tribal agencies, and they announced Special monitoring Cell, whose monitor the issues of Foreigners in KP province.

Federal Ministry also informed the Provincial department that if any foreigners detain in tribal area, Provincial government inform the Federal Ministry.

Peshawar High Court History, 25 Chief Worked from 1923 till 2011

Peshawar, Peshawar high court has start working in 1923, when Sir Hugh Eraser becomes the First Judicial commissioner in Peshawar High Court. Sir Hugh Eraser worked as Judicial Commissioner till 1933 in Peshawar High Court. First Judicial Commissioner of the Peshawar High Court from London and during his tenure he become was the famous Judicial Commissioner in Peshawar, because of his Judgment. Justice Sir Hugh Eraser was B.A, L.L.B.

According to available date of Peshawar High Court Sad Ud Din was the first Muslim Additional Judicial Commissioner in Peshawar high court. He worked with British Judicial Commissioner Sir Hugh Eraser. Sad Ud Din worked from 1926 till 1934; his tenure in Peshawar High court was 9 year.

Justice Almond Eask was the second Judicial Commissioner in Peshawar High Court, his tenure of the Judicial Commissioner was 1937 from 1946.

Bashir Udin Ahmed khan was the first Chief justice in 1970, his tenure of the Chief Justice only two year and 1972 he retired from Chief Justice Peshawar High Court.
Before the appointment of Bashir Udin Ahmed Peshawar High Court connect with the Lahore High Court and till during one Unit Peshawar High Court attached with Lahore High Court.

From 1923 till 2011, twenty five Justice worked as Chief Justice at Peshawar High Court. Yahya Afridi is the first youngest Judge in Peshawar High Court now. The Three Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Mian Shakir Ullah Jan, Tariq Parvez and Nasir Ul Mulk currently worked as Justice in Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Chief Justice Ijaz Afzal of Peshawar High Court is currently the senior most Justice in Peshawar High Court and Judicial Commission propose the C.J Peshawar High court for Supreme Court. If Ijaz Afzal Join the Supreme Court as Justice, he will be the fourth C.J of Peshawar High Court whose join the Supreme Court.

Judicial Commission of Pakistan Propose the Justice Dost Mohammed as Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, if he Become C.J Peshawar High Court, Then Dost Mohammad will be the 26 C.J of Peshawar High Court.

EC impose the system of proportional representation in Pakistan , Sikandar Aziz KHAN

PESHAWAR--The advisor to the Ex-CM Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on political affairs, Sikandar Aziz Khan, has suggested to the Election Commission of Pakistan to immediately impose the system of proportional representation for the larger interest of the country and the people as in this system votes will be cast in support of the political parties and not candidates that will result in enhancement of the percentage of cast votes.

Addressing a press conference in the Peshawar Press Club on Thursday, Sikandar Aziz Khan advised the Election Commission of Pakistan to make immediate amendments in the law in this connection and adopt the system in which the seats in the national and provincial assemblies would be allotted to the political parties according to the percentage of received votes. He said the existing system had created a lot of defects in the ruling party and majority of the people were reluctant to cast their votes. He said from the existing system it was clear that those rich candidates were being brought to power who had spent huge funds on the elections and after wining the polls use every underhand method to get the money back.

Sikandar Aziz Khan advised the EC to make all the political parties bound to provide serial wise lists of their candidates before the elections and in case of any mishap the EC could select the next candidate of the concerned political party. He said all the political parties be made bound to present the names of prime minister, speakers, senate chairman and chief ministers of all the provinces to the Election Commission before the elections and the selection of the president be made on none political grounds which should be the responsibility of the EC.

Sikandar Aziz Khan proposed that all the political parties be made bound also to hold their party elections and that be under the supervision of the Elections Commission. He said those parties which refused to hold party elections should be banned to participate in the electoral process and the EC should issue proper notification in this regard.

He said the percentage of cast votes should not be less than 70% and in case of poor percentage, the elections be taken as in valid. He said the parliament elected after proper percentage would be strong which would result in strong institutions and the people would show great interest in the electoral process. He said with this system the sense of individualism would be ended and a stable collective government body would be formed which would give better and sustainable decisions for the larger interest of the general people
